Delivery Times
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment clear. Please allow 2 to 8 days for delivery. The actual time for delivery takes depend on your location & Shipping Company.
All standard orders outside Malaysia: Allow up to 7-21 days delivery time. The actual time for delivery takes depend on your location.
Non-standard orders (i.e: special orders): May take up to 8 weeks. Timescale estimates will be discussed with you before the final order is placed.
Please note:
Failed transactions (e.g: incorrect postal information, declined cards, etc) and out of stock items will delay your delivery.
We will notify you via email if there is a disruption to your order.
Additional Notes
- Should there be any trouble regarding your order, we will contact you via email. Please be sure to check your spam/junk email folder if you have not received your order by the expected date.
- For seamless delivery, ensure that there is someone to receive your delivery at the expected date and time. Failed deliveries will be returned to the depot and a note will be left at your address.
